prime commercial space in Mayfair

The challenge

This project was rebranding and marketing the top floors of a premium commercial space in Mayfair, London. The space had been empty since the building’s completion, so we needed to develop a brand and marketing collateral that would stand out and get Park House noticed again and overcome agent apathy.

The solution

The brand identity reflected the changing colours of the sky, inspired by the broad skyline views that the two top floors afford. We produced a range of innovative marketing material to highlight Park House’s benefits for renters, such as its prime location, with film footage shot using drones. We produced an on-site installation to give potential tenants a more curated experience of the space. This was enhanced by an on-site sales app which showed users how the space could look fully furnished through a range of augmented reality tours, as well as showcasing the local area.

The result

After being empty for 3 years, the top two floors were let within 5 months of the new marketing being released. This led to a very proud tenant and a somewhat relieved client.
