Silk Road asked to create a new brand for Get Living

Silk Road’s first build to rent branding project is an exciting project for Get Living in Lewisham.

After seeing our work at the Property Marketing Awards, Get Living have asked us to brand their upcoming scheme in Lewisham. The scheme consisted of 424 market rent homes alongside 199 co-living homes. Together with the residential offering, there’s a co-working space, retail, F&B and a cinema.

We’ve been tasked with developing the positioning, name, visual and verbal identity.
