Silk Road is launching its lead generation service with our project The Zero.
With the changes to the property landscape we’ve witnessed over the last 6 months, we’ve made the decision to help out our clients with generating leads. The Zero is a perfect starting point. With only relying on the hoarding and website to date, The Zero has managed to sell 27 of its 35 apartments. Working closely with the sales team we estimated we need another 160 leads to sell the remaining 8 apartments.
We’ve created 5 different digital media creative routes, testing each to ascertain which is strongest. Together with this we have two different landing pages, again testing which is strongest.
We’ve already seen success with the campaign and are now set to roll it out for all our clients.
