Contemporary design bought to life
This ultra-modern development is surrounded by classic Victorian architecture, in stark contrast to what people expect from the area. Another challenge was the development being split into houses and apartments, with the apartments to be sold off-plan and the houses post-completion.
When a development wants to bring its dynamic aesthetic to the fore, you need to ensure the website is fully in sync with this design-led ethos.
The very modern identity informed all the marketing material and helped enhance the development’s key assets: light and space. It also worked seamlessly across both the apartments and houses.
Battersea Square Mews is a unique residential project set in the heart of Battersea village. From our initial meeting it was clear that the Silk Road team had an exceptional understanding of the local area and a vision for the marketing of this project.
The highly creative approach of Silk Road has meshed perfectly with the projects architectural design and exceptional specification, the result of which is marketing collateral that represents the true ethos of the project. We look forward to working with Silk Road on our next development.
All apartments were sold off-plan within a month of launching. The houses are available as of writing with three remaining.
