The challenge

Cordage Works is next to a large mixed-use development we’re marketing, namely The Toy Factory. Cordage Works represented a small Shared Ownership scheme and we had to ensure it was not only very different to the Toy Factory but also that it fit in well with the industrial setting of Walthamstow.

The solution

We created a distinct, industrial and cool looking brand which was complemented by having ‘works’ as part of the name. The messaging softened the brand as was centred around ‘start your story’ as Cordage Works is only available to first time buyers.

The result

The brand is set to launch at the time of writing and we’re expecting the usual speed of sales for the Shared Ownership schemes we work on.
