The challenge

Durant Cricket is one of the UK’s largest suppliers and installers of cricket equipment. As a result of their success, they had diversified their business with having multiple brands and websites which was causing a lot of confusion in the marketplace. Also, the main websites were dated from a design and UX perspective which needed to be updated.

The solution

Following the brand architecture, we divided the business into two and recommended a master brand approach with ‘Durant’ being at the core of both businesses. Following this we refined the branding and ensured there was a very strong visual association between both brands.

We created a templated website design and structure for Durant Cricket which could then be replicated to Durant Sport so the user got a similar feeling from being on either site. This included refinement of all content for both sites.

The result

The new cricket site has launched and has bowled people over with how much easier and appealing it is to use.
