Beautiful by nature
We were given the challenge of creating a brand encompassing £1.4m townhouses and shared ownership apartments, making both feel special into the bargain. We had to engender a sense of excitement, despite the development having few amenities or transport nearby.
We knew the importance of nature for city dwellers and The Folium gave us the ideal launch pad to bring this to life. We turned the ‘urban’ nature of living on its head by focussing on nature, local wildlife and parks.
The concept behind The Folium was ‘beautiful by nature’. The beauty element came from the stylish apartment and house designs, the nature came from the surrounding area’s abundant greenery, while also infusing it with a human and unpretentious sentiment.
We masterminded a brand with two variants – a black premium one for the private sale townhouses and a white one for the apartments. Both brands admirably celebrate the variety of nature on the buyers’ doorstep.
Despite launching during stringent COVID 19 restrictions, sales have very much blossomed. The apartments are already well on track to sell faster than planned, and we expect sales of the townhouses will soon catch them up.
