Edinburgh’s premium residential property market is a crowded space, so when the client came to us hoping to achieve high yields in perhaps the city’s most coveted area, the New Town, we knew we had our work cut out for us.
Creating a sense of scarcity is paramount, so we positioned Great King Street as offering ‘limited edition living’, with just nine exclusive apartments, including six stunning duplexes. We made great play of the property’s rare fusion of a fine Georgian façade with high spec contemporary interiors.
Two of the nine apartments were sold on launch day, while the hoarding soon gathered a strong book of interest.The property marketing continued to give strong results with all the apartments selling within the desired time frame.
