Hurricane Court

Langley’s first ever courtyard scheme

Back to all work

The challenge

Hurricane Court takes its name and branding cues from the Hawker Hurricane fighter aircrafts which were manufactured in great numbers by Hawker Aircraft during the 1940s. Our job was to bring this amazing history and investment potential to life in an area which wouldn’t be the first choice to live for many.

The solution

Focusing on the importance of investment in these apartments rather than the usual property sales pitch created a whole new angle and perspective to target potential buyers.

With emphasis on growth, rentals and the latest transport installation, Hurricane Court grabbed a great deal of attention. As Crossrail is on its way to the area, we were able to target young professionals and commuters from all around London and its surrounding areas.

The result

Hurricane Court is re-living history with an effective property brand and marketing campaign which has resulted in sales taking off with over 50% being sold close to launch.
