New build apartments and townhouses: cleaning up in W12
It was never going to be easy to clean up with the scheme having a mixture of apartments, houses and commercial space, but also being located between Acton and Shepherds Bush made destination branding vital.
Firstly, we leveraged the buildings history by calling it The Old Laundry and gave it a monochromatic 1950’s brand feel. Then we anchored it in Askew Village to help create a ‘village feel’ to the immediate vicinity.
With a client set on relying solely on a big brochure for their property marketing and houses we persuaded them that their digital marketing solutions were vital. Not only did we create their first development specific website but also an interactive tablet sales app.
