Escape the ordinary
Our client wanted to match the lucrative property values found in Covent Garden with a property which was just outside the area. This meant we had to ensure the marketing ‘borrowed’ the cachet of nearby Covent Garden in an aspirational, but credible, fashion.
We decided to place great emphasis on carefully considered CGIs to highlight the interiors and ensure we struck the right balance with the brand and design – distinctly modern, but not too ‘Scandi’ or minimalist.
To carry this concept across, we made strong use of appropriate language, with a winning strapline of ‘escape the ordinary.’
In terms of promoting the area, we highlighted a variety of appealing references from woodlands, to nearby Stockbridge and Edinburgh’s thriving West End.
The property has only recently launched, but the client’s noted very strong interest already with plenty of prospects in the pipeline.
